In their retreats, Andrea & Gerhard share their joy and passion for yoga. For them, yoga represents pure joy of life, deceleration and harmony between body, mind and soul.

Participants can look forward to a varied program with energizing yoga sessions in the morning and deeply relaxing classes in the evening, complemented by soothing sauna moments and guided infusion rituals.

As a special highlight, Andrea & Gerhard introduce participants to the world of Inside Flow – yoga practiced to the rhythm of music, where movement, breath and emotion merge into a seamless, flowing experience.

THE PROGRAM

• THURSDAY
  Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 pm
  4 pm: Welcome Session “Add on Flow & Slow Down” with Gerhard & Andrea
  Easy flow practiced to music – gentle arrival and grounding
  5.30 – 6.30 pm: Sauna & infusion ritual with Gerhard*
  From 7 pm: Dinner

• FRIDAY
  7.30 – 8.45 am: “Morning Flow & Glow” with Gerhard & Andrea
  A flowing practice to start the day feeling strong, inspired and energized
  Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  11.30 am: Optional guided hike to the “Glocknerblick” mountain hut (weather dependent)
  5 – 6 pm: “Inside Flow – Let’s Flow and Grow – All You Need Is Inside”
  Inside Flow is a fusion of yoga, music, breath and emotion. In a continuous flow, we learn a choreography to a specific song – everything flows: your body, your breath, your heart. Let’s flow together.
  6.15 pm: Sauna with special infusion ritual with Gerhard*
  From 7 pm: Dinner

• SATURDAY
  7.30 – 8.45 am: “Wake Up Inside – All You Need Is Inside” with Gerhard & Andrea
  A gentle and nourishing start into the day, combining soft stretches with flowing sequences
  Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  11.30 am: Optional guided hike to the Friedrich Thun Gorge around Klammsee
  5 – 6 pm: “Stretch & Relax”
  A calming session allowing thoughts to settle and awareness of the present moment to arise
  6.15 pm: Sauna with special infusion ritual with Gerhard*
  From 7 pm: Dinner

• SUNDAY
  8 – 9.30 am: “Morning Flow & Embrace Softness”
  Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  Check-out by 12 pm | Individual departure

• * Sauna Information: Access to the sauna area (nude zone) is permitted from the age of 16. Exception: children from 14 years are allowed when accompanied by an adult.

• DINNER | BREAKFAST: Enjoy meals together as a group — or on your own, if you prefer personal retreat time.

  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher), or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
