FLOW & GLOW

Mindfulness · Movement · Breath

This yoga retreat combines flowing movement, conscious breathing and relaxation to create a varied time out in the mountains. Energising morning yoga sessions meet relaxing evening practices, creating a balanced combination of energy and calm.

A special focus is on Inside Flow – a dynamic fusion of yoga, music, breath and rhythm. The practice is complemented by Stretch & Relax, gentle flow sequences and soothing sauna infusions. Optional group hikes offer additional opportunities to enjoy movement and nature together.

Between sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out.

Previous yoga experience is recommended.

RETREAT LEADERS: Andrea & Gerhard

Andrea and Gerhard share a passion for yoga, movement and music. Together, they create varied sessions combining dynamic flow, mindful slowing down and relaxation.

Both are certified Inside Yoga teachers and have completed further training in Inside Flow and Liquid Flow. Andrea has also trained in Ashtanga Yoga and BodyART.

A special focus of their practice is Inside Flow, where movement, breath and music merge into a flowing choreography.

SATURDAY:
• 7.30 – 8.45 am: Wake Up Inside | Gentle stretches & flow sequences

• 5 – 6 pm: Stretch & Relax | Relaxation, mindfulness & letting go

SUNDAY:
• 8 – 9.30 am: Morning Flow & Embrace Softness

• Access to the sauna area (nude area) is permitted from the age of 16; children aged 14 and over may enter when accompanied by an adult.
