Bath towels for the ALPEN.VEDA.SPA area are prepared for you in your room.

Bathrobes are available for you to borrow (against a deposit) at the reception.

We deliberately do not use wellness slippers. With this conscious decision for sustainability, we not only help to conserve resources, but also avoid large amounts of waste.
For this reason, we ask you to bring your favourite slippers, flip flops & co for the sauna and swimming pool area from home. For all those who do not want to do without the wellness slippers: at the reception you can pick up your pair!

Cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price

Cancellation less than 1 days prior to arrival incurs the entire booking price, as does leaving before the agreed departure date.

In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 % of the entire stay will be charged.

Christmas | New Year´s Eve:

Up to 14 days prior to arrival: free cancellation

Cancellation 13 up to 7 days prior to arrival incurs 70% of the total booking price

Cancellation 6 up to 3 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price

Cancellation 2 days prior to arrival incurs 100% of the total booking price

In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 % of the entire stay will be charged.

In the ALPENHAUS KAPRUN you can easily have your consumption booked on the room bill.

Please do not forget to check the consumption receipts for correctness and to sign them, as we can no longer consider later complaints.

Ski-in-ski-out and superlative cable car chain

The 3K C-onnection forms the core of the connection Kaprun - Maiskogel - Kitzsteinhorn. With the spectacular cable car, the Kaprun glacier community can offer ski-in-ski-out directly from the center of the village to the Kitzsteinhorn, which is 100% snow-sure.

The possibility to reach the ski area comfortably with the cable car, as well as the modern infrastructure in the Kaprun Center, ensure an increase in quality and comfort all year round.

Six cable cars line up like a string of pearls from the town center over four vegetation zones to the Top of Salzburg at 3,029 meters on the Kitzsteinhorn.

Not only do they form the longest continuous cable car axis in the Eastern Alps, they also overcome the greatest difference in altitude at 2,261 meters.

The local tax | Overnight tax, currently EUR 2.05 per person and night, is not included in the room price and will be added to the bill upon departure.
