MINDFUL YOGA RETREAT IN THE GOLDEN AUTUMN

Autumn stands for abundance, harvest and letting go – a season of pausing, gathering new strength and consciously arriving within yourself. In the golden light of this time of year, space opens for a mindful break from everyday life.

This extended weekend combines yoga, mindfulness and hiking with relaxation and enjoyment in the impressive alpine landscape surrounding Kaprun.

Daily yoga and meditation sessions, along with guided hikes through the colorful autumn scenery, support nourishment for both body and mind. Movement, stillness and nature blend seamlessly, fostering regeneration, clarity and inner balance.

A retreat for everyone seeking calm, conscious movement and renewed energy in a powerful alpine setting.

IRENE KAPL | Inside Yoga teacher, 108 ZEN Gymnastics instructor, certified Pilates coach, dance and movement educator, Dynamic Qi Gong practitioner, NUAD and OsteoThai Yoga therapist, as well as Craniosacral bodyworker.

After many years as the director of a sports center, Irene founded All In Yoga in 2010. Today she teaches internationally, leads trainings and retreats, and brings humor, warmth and deep experience into every practice.

Her life motto: “A day without laughter is a lost day.”

MARION ULLMANN | Yoga teacher and photographer. Curiosity, creativity and a conscious lifestyle shape Marion’s approach to yoga. Her extensive training – including Anusara Yoga and Hormone Yoga – flows into a practice that weaves alignment, mindfulness and inner experience into a harmonious whole.
