GOLDEN STILLNESS

Yoga, Pilates & Sound in Autumn

As autumn bathes nature in golden light, space opens up for retreat, stillness and regeneration. GOLDEN STILLNESS combines mindful movement with deeply relaxing moments, inviting body and mind to return to balance.

A carefully balanced combination of Yoga, Pilates, Somatic Yin, Meditation and Sound Baths helps release tension, deepen body awareness and create space for calm. Energising morning practices alternate with restorative evening sessions.

Between sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out – four days between movement and stillness, strength and relaxation.

Previous yoga experience is recommended.

RETREAT LEADER: Zsófia Araczki-Horváth

Zsófia is the founder and owner of Bliss Yoga Salzburg Studio, a yoga teacher and spiritual mentor. For more than ten years, she has been leading yoga classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings, supporting people on their journey towards greater awareness and inner balance.

Her work combines Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Somatic Practice and Sound. She creates spaces where mindful movement, relaxation and personal development come together.

• Access to the sauna area (nude area) is permitted from the age of 16; children aged 14 and over may enter when accompanied by an adult.
