RECHARGE & RECONNECT is a mindful time out in the heart of the Austrian Alps – a chance to recharge, let go and reconnect with body, mind and personal needs.

Flowing yoga and Pilates alternate with somatic movement, Yin Yoga, meditation and Sound Baths. Rituals and mindful moments of stillness complement the practice, creating space to turn inward, become more aware of the body and recharge with new energy.

Between the group sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out. At the same time, the retreat creates space for connection and community – a weekend balancing movement and stillness, connection and regeneration.

RETREAT HOST: Zsófia Araczki-Horváth

Zsófia is a yoga teacher and founder of Bliss Yoga Salzburg. For many years, she has been guiding people through yoga classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings.

Her style is flowing, playful and constantly evolving. The focus is on each individual and their personal possibilities – without perfectionism or pressure to perform. In her retreats, she combines Yoga, Pilates, somatic practice, Yin Yoga, meditation and sound to create a varied and mindful time out.

• THURSDAY:
  • Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 pm
  • 4.30 – 6 pm: Opening Circle, Yoga & Relaxation
  • 7.30 pm: Dinner
   

• FRIDAY:
  • 7.30 – 9 am: Morning Yoga
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • 4.30 – 6 pm: Evening Yin & Sound Bath
  • 7.30 pm: Dinner
   

• SATURDAY:
  • 7.30 – 9 am: Morning Pilates
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • 4.30 – 6 pm: Somatic Yin, Meditation & Sound Bath
  • 7 pm: Dinner
   

• SUNDAY:
  • 7.30 – 9 am: Somatic Yoga & Closing Circle
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • Check-out by 12 noon | Individual departure
   

GOOD TO KNOW:

• Breakfast | Dinner: together with the group or individually – whatever feels right for you.
• Mountain Yoga on the Schmittenhöhe takes place only if weather conditions permit.
• Programme subject to change.
• 99% of our retreats take place as planned. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the retreat leader) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat or provide a substitute retreat leader.
