Yoga Retreat for Balance, Relaxation & Renewed Energy

Find Your Centre combines flowing yoga practice, conscious breathing and meditation in a four-day retreat balancing movement and stillness, activity and relaxation.

Energising morning yoga flows bring stability, strength and renewed energy. Calmer evening sessions create space for body awareness, consciously letting go and regeneration. Step by step, the practice offers an opportunity to gain some distance from everyday life, slow down and reconnect with your inner centre.

Between yoga sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and relaxation. The mountains of Kaprun provide the perfect setting for a time out that brings renewed balance, lightness and energy.

RETREAT HOST: Susanne Kaufmann

Yoga has been part of Susanne’s life for more than ten years. Her first intensive experiences began during a stay at an ashram in Austria – and since then, yoga has become an integral part of her everyday life and personal development.

Following various teacher trainings and further education in Hatha and Anusara® Yoga, Susanne also completed her training as a Breathwork Trainer in 2021. She consciously incorporates her knowledge of the effects of mindful breathing into her yoga classes.

Her sessions offer a balanced combination of strengthening and relaxing asanas, breathwork and mindfulness, creating space for movement, regeneration and inner balance.

Up to 14 days prior to arrival: free cancellation

Cancellation 13 up to 7 days prior to arrival incurs 70% of the total booking price

Cancellation 2 days prior to arrival incurs 100% of the total booking price
