As the days grow shorter and nature slowly begins to quiet down, AUTUMN GROUNDING invites you to slow down, recharge and reconnect with yourself.

The yoga sessions combine powerful Vinyasa Flows with calming Yin Yoga, breathwork and mindfulness. Sometimes dynamic and strengthening, sometimes gentle, grounding and regenerative, the practice creates a balanced rhythm between movement and stillness.

Personal intentions and mindful moments of pause complement the practice. Between sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out.

An autumn retreat between strength and calm, movement and slowing down, letting go and consciously arriving in the moment.

Suitable for all yoga levels.

RETREAT HOSTS: Nina Endesfelder & Viola Ebinger

Nina and Viola have shared a passion for yoga, movement and mindfulness since 2021. They met at a yoga retreat in Portugal, where their shared practice developed into a close friendship and the idea of creating retreats together.

Viola discovered yoga in Bali in 2016. Today, she combines her love of powerful Vinyasa Flows with calming Yin sessions that create space for grounding and mindful body awareness.

Nina focuses on gentle, mindful flows and Yin Yoga. Her practice creates space for slowing down, relaxation and renewed energy.

Together, they combine dynamism and calm, movement and mindfulness to create a versatile yoga practice.

RETREAT PROGRAM & DAILY SCHEDULE

• FRIDAY:
  • Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 pm
  • 5 – 6.30 pm: Yoga Practice
  • 7 pm: Dinner
   

• SATURDAY:
  • 7.30 – 9 am: Yoga Practice
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • 5 – 6.30 pm: Yoga Practice
  • 7 pm: Dinner
   

• SUNDAY:
  • 7.30 – 9 am: Yoga Practice
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • Check-out by 12 noon | Individual departure
   

• Good to know:
  • Breakfast | Dinner: enjoy meals together with the group or individually whenever you feel like some quiet time and me-time.
  • Program subject to change.
  • 99% of our retreats take place as planned. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the retreat leader) or if the minimum number of participants has not been reached 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat or provide a substitute retreat leader.
