Twinkling lights, candlelight and yoga create a special atmosphere of calm and comfort. This retreat invites you to leave everyday life behind, consciously arrive in the moment and recharge your energy.

Gentle, flowing morning sessions and atmospheric candlelight yoga in the evening create a balanced rhythm of movement and relaxation. The practice combines Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga – strengthening and mobilising, while at the same time calming and balancing.

Between sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out.

A yoga weekend between movement and stillness, candlelight and relaxation, renewed energy and conscious release.

Suitable for all yoga levels.

RETREAT HOST: Julia Diane Fegert-Dujo

Julia is a yoga teacher, professional dancer, choreographer and dance educator, as well as the founder of TAYO Fashion and owner of TANZRAUM Penzberg.

She completed her dance training at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London. During her career as a professional stage dancer, yoga became an integral part of both her training and personal journey.

Today, Julia has more than 20 years of teaching experience and has completed numerous certified yoga teacher trainings. Her teaching combines dynamism and strength with flowing movement, conscious body awareness and calm.

  • 4.30 – 6 pm: Getting to Know Each Other & Welcome Yoga
  • 7 pm: Dinner
   

• FRIDAY – FLOW & CANDLELIGHT:
  • 8 – 9.30 am: Morning Yoga
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • 4.30 – 6 pm: Evening Yoga by Candlelight
  • 7 pm: Dinner
   

• SATURDAY:
  • 8 – 9.30 am: Morning Yoga
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • 4.30 – 6 pm: Evening Yoga by Candlelight
  • 7 pm: Dinner
   

• SUNDAY:
  • 8 – 9.30 am: Morning Yoga
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • Check-out by 12 noon | Individual departure

  • Breakfast | Dinner: enjoy meals together with the group or individually whenever you feel like some quiet time and me-time.
  • Program subject to change.
  • 99% of our retreats take place as planned. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the retreat leader) or if the minimum number of participants has not been reached 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat or provide a substitute retreat leader.
