The Gletscherjet or the Panoramabahn whisk you comfortably up almost 2000 m, and further modern lifts take you up to a height of 3000 m. Once you have arrived at the top, snowboarders, freeriders, freestylers, and carvers have a world of piste fun in front of them.

A connection that makes the dreams of a generation come true: Step by step, the ski resorts Kaprun, Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn are being merged. In December 2018, the first stage, the mountain railway MK Maiskogelbahn and the Kaprun Center, will be opened. A new middle station offers wide and flat ski slopes for families and beginners and can be reached conveniently from the ski school. In December 2019 the stage 3Ks, Kaprun, Kitzsteinhorn, K-onnection, will be completed. The first 3S cable car in Salzburg enables skiers to go right from the village centre Kaprun via the Maiskogel mountain to the summit station on Kitzsteinhorn mountain.
