Come and enjoy yoga in Kaprun during the summer together with a group of open-minded and friendly participants! Even if we don’t know each other yet, we will share a wonderful time in which you can feel completely at ease. During the Summer Vibes Yoga Retreat, you will have plenty of time for yoga, nature and yourself in Kaprun.

In the mornings and afternoons, the yoga sessions will be more physically oriented. From experience, the group is very diverse – ranging from complete yoga beginners (“My friend is taking me along to the retreat”) to experienced yogis and yoga teachers (“I’m a yoga teacher myself and met you at a yoga festival in Austria”). Thanks to my reactive teaching approach, I am able to meet all participants exactly where they are and address everyone’s individual needs at the same time.

HIE KIM | Hie is a teacher trainer, yoga festival teacher and organizer, and a Proteacher of the modern Inside Flow yoga style. As one of the first teachers at the legendary Inside Yoga Studio, Hie often takes on the role of a compassionate mentor, skillfully guiding even challenging moments with a touch of humor.

Teaching at around 50 weekends per year, Hie trains hundreds of yoga teachers and is well known on the major yoga stages throughout German-speaking countries and Asia. He is the author of a poetry book, the non-fiction book series “The Yoga Teacher Book”, and the founder of the annual yunion Yoga Festival in the Gastein Valley.

In addition, Hie Kim teaches numerous video series on the premium online yoga platform tintyoga.com. His teaching is strongly student-centered and adapts to the people present in the room. He passes on this reactive teaching style in his 50-hour advanced training “The Art of Teaching.”

With his didactic skills and empathetic, humorous character, Hie succeeds in meeting his students physically, mentally and emotionally, inspiring them with well-structured and thoughtful classes. His self-written poems during Shavasana are especially popular. Outside of teaching, Hie enjoys spending time in the kitchen or cuddling with his two cats, Yani and Yumi.

  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher), or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
