NICOLE SCHMIDT | “My name is Nicole, and my yoga journey has completely transformed my life. Time spent in Bali, as well as travels to India and around the world, helped me understand the deep roots of ancient yoga traditions and combine them with modern scientific approaches.

By blending ancient wisdom with contemporary insights, I’ve created a practice that is grounded both in everyday life and on a deeper spiritual level. The essence of my classes lies in weaving together curiosity, love, and timeless wisdom from various traditions.

For me, yoga is a beautiful journey — celebrating life and embracing the spirit that manifests within and around us. My goal is to support you on your path to rediscover your natural self and unlock your potential to create the life you truly desire.”

  11 am: Self-Acceptance Workshop
  5 pm: Ecstatic Dance
  6 pm: Yin Yoga meets Face Yoga
  7.30 pm: Dinner

  11 am: Closing Circle with authentic, heartfelt conversations

• DINNER | BREAKFAST: Enjoy meals together as a group — or on your own, if you prefer personal retreat time.

  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher), or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
