BALANCE YOUR BODY & MIND

Neil places strong emphasis on working with the deep core muscles, cultivating balance, and executing movements with precision and proper alignment — both physically and mentally. His dynamic mobility exercises, strength sequences, and breathing practices challenge not only your body but may also invite you to step outside your comfort zone from time to time.

Thanks to his training as a yoga teacher and fitness trainer, as well as his many years of experience in competitive sports, Neil discovered his passion for health and movement early on. Through his studies in nutrition and sports science, he combines scientifically grounded knowledge with the spiritual aspects of yoga — creating a unique sense of balance in his classes.

99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher), or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.

Cancellation less than 1 days prior to arrival incurs the entire booking price, as does leaving before the agreed departure date.

In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 % of the entire stay will be charged.

Up to 14 days prior to arrival: free cancellation

Cancellation 13 up to 7 days prior to arrival incurs 70% of the total booking price

Cancellation 6 up to 3 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price

Cancellation 2 days prior to arrival incurs 100% of the total booking price

In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 % of the entire stay will be charged.
