In a circle, women come together to truly see one another and celebrate the uniqueness of each individual. This weekend is filled with powerful rituals and a nourishing, feminine yoga practice. Music, sound, singing, and dance — sometimes gentle, sometimes wild — enrich this time away.

The beauty of the body is rediscovered, the wisdom of feminine archetypes becomes tangible, and within the circle, space opens to be fully authentic.

CHRISTINE | “My name is Christine Hollerwöger. I’m a mother of three and I love life. After completing a classical yoga teacher training, I found my true home in women’s yoga. This nourishing way of moving and the loving relationship with the body completely captured my heart. Sound and rituals in women’s circles beautifully round out my work.”

MADELINE | “My name is Madeline Lugstein. Yoga is a way of life for me, one that I integrate into my everyday life with two children. Alongside the physical practice, I focus especially on working with the mind. I am a passionate musician and love singing from the heart — especially during my mantra evenings.”

THE PROGRAM

• FRIDAY
  Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 pm
  4.30 – 6.30 pm: Getting to know each other & gentle yoga session
  From 7 pm: Dinner

• SATURDAY
  8 – 9 am: Activating yoga session
  Afterwards: breakfast buffet until 11 am
  4.30 – 6.30 pm: Nature · Sound · Ritual · Women’s Circle (weather permitting)
  From 7 pm: Dinner

• SUNDAY
  8.30 – 9.30 am: Activating yoga class
  Afterwards: breakfast buffet until 11 am
  Check-out by 12 pm | individual departure

• DINNER | BREAKFAST: Enjoy meals together as a group — or on your own, if you prefer personal retreat time.

  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher), or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
